REVIEW :-  This book is about corporate world, You will get to know how the company top management works .It contains funny, humorous element in it.
Siddharth is a late-twenties young man, usually dressed in stripped white shirt & black pants.

Despite of all the efforts of designing policies not to promote productive employees from lower management to middle-management,Sid has been promoted within a short span of five years...which the HR department cant tolerate & want to know the reason about it & wanted  to do Root cause Analysis on this and figure out what went wrong.

Now Sid is in trouble.
The VP  arranged an off-site meeting with Sid to know the reason behind it as he is usually busy in the office.

To keep the emplyees busy ,they are usually fake designations like Project Head,Team Lead ,Business Analyst etc without promoting them, Often to show carrots to keep them motivated & busy with work.

Now, Sid told that about 2 years back ,the company was getting thrashed by customers & decided to downsize. After that Sid tell everything in details..the whole story what happened
Sid launched the bestelling offer & was offered an offer from CEO to take up a new project as his ex-boss is on medical leave and now only Sid can handle it,Sid has  to launch a new version of smartphone.

To read the whole story, Go & Buy the Book.
Though the story is good & refreshing, it shows the real face of HR department.
but still i found that  there is nothing much interesting in it!
I would like to rate this book 4 out of 5 stars  :)
