BOOK REVIEW: 18 Via Teen- Be yourself By Shreyasi Rhittika Phukon

'18 Via Teen- Be yourself' the name says it all. It enumerates the various phases of a teen and the hopes, aspirations, apprehensions, ambiguity, insecurity, dilemma, restlessness and sensitiveness, associated with each phase. Each story vividly depicts the psychological aspects of a teenage girl/boy and how the intuition helps her/his to overcome the hurdles one after another, which in teen makes her/his matured.

BOOK REVIEW :- The book contains 18 stories about teenagers. Basically its an Anthology,
it deals with the problems faced by the teenagers,It’s normal for teenagers to worry about things. Some common teenage issues are school work, stress, bullying and body image.
  • pressure faced by the teenagers, comes from society, parents and the educational institutions.

  • getting good marks , 
  • due to difference between the generations, young generation and old generation.
  • bullying is also common nowdays, 
  • depression / taking drugs ,smoking.

Each story begins with a quote on the top, which gives the main message of the story.The stories are written very well and in particular order .I think every teenager and parents should read this book.
I would give this book 4 out of 5 stars.
